You take care of everyone else.
Therapy can be a space that’s just for you.
You’re managing the schedules, remembering the appointments, keeping up with work, taking care of the people you love, and trying to hold everything together. You don’t have to do it all alone.
Schedule a Free 15-Minute ConsultationMaybe you’ve gotten really good at holding it all together.

You don’t need another person telling you to “just practice self-care.”
You probably already know that sleep, movement, boundaries, and taking time for yourself would help. Knowing what you “should” do isn’t always the problem.
In therapy, we’ll explore why you keep getting stuck in the same patterns, build practical skills, and create real, lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and interactive, and I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, ACT, and attachment-focused work.

Frequently asked questions
Can I work with you if I live anywhere in Florida?
Yes. I am a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide secure online therapy to adults who are physically located anywhere in Florida at the time of their session.
Do I have to be postpartum to work with you?
No. I support moms in many stages of life, as well as women who are not mothers. You may be navigating parenting stress, burnout, anxiety, identity changes, boundaries, caregiving, or another major transition.
Can therapy help with postpartum anxiety?
Yes. Therapy can help you understand anxiety symptoms, feel less alone, practice realistic coping tools, and adjust to the emotional and identity changes that can come with pregnancy and motherhood.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept several insurance plans through Headway and SonderMind, including Aetna, Florida Blue, Carelon, Ascension SmartHealth, and Cigna. Coverage varies, so benefits are confirmed before the first session. Self-pay options are also available.
You’re allowed to want more
than just getting through the day.
Maybe you want to feel calmer. Maybe you want stronger boundaries. Maybe you want to enjoy your family without feeling like you’re managing seventeen things in your head.
Or maybe you’re not sure what you want yet—you just know the way things feel right now isn’t working anymore.
We can start there.
